The information provided was easy to understand, the quiz was short, and that was fine. However, the question that I got wrong was due to the experience I had before, as they handled the process differently. Therefore, I answered the question with the knowledge from my previous experience.

Some of the answers are wrong. For instance, what information do we need to fill out in the Authorization letter? in the template that was given to us it says that we have to fill it out with the information of the client AND the information of the Medical Provider but that answer weren’t listed so I picked “None of the above” and it was mark as a incorrect.
